I had to reach out to support about getting my server set up and they did end up helping me get it sorted, but at the beginning it kind of felt like they were trying a few things and guessing a bit, which made the whole process take longer than I expected and I wish the answers had been a little clearer from the start.

Got my refund. Took a couple days, but it was fine.

I’ve had a good experience overall. The servers run well, and to be fair, the resource limits feel reasonable for what I’m paying. The only thing I’ve noticed is that RAM can get a little tight sometimes, but I also understand they have to keep things balanced for everyone.

I had trouble getting my server started and, somehow against all expectations, the live chat was actually there when I needed it. Someone jumped in quickly and helped me sort it out without turning it into a whole dramatic tech saga. It wasn’t flawless, but having a real person around at the right time was handy.

Well... I felt like it was way too expensive for what it was. The pricing just didn’t seem fair to me

I tried using Nodecraft for my server, and the biggest headache was how updates were handled. I was mostly just trying to keep a small server going after work, nothing too complicated, usually while half-watching YouTube or making dinner, but every time something changed or needed an update it felt unclear what was actually happening. At one point my server broke after an update, and getting it working again took way more effort than I expected. Support was okay, so I’ll give them that, but it didn’t really solve the bigger issue. After a while I just got tired of dealing with it.

I ran into lag often, and the server just didn’t feel all that solid. For something that’s supposed to be decent hardware, it gave more “budget potato” vibes than anything reliable.

I ran into some problems with my server getting help was a pain... Support took way too long to respond, and when they finally did, it felt like they hadn’t really read my message. I kept having to explain the same issue over and over. Just not worth the stress for me...

I had to dig around more than I expected just to cancel. Not sure how to explain it, but it felt like the option was buried and way more annoying than it needed to be.

Uploading my files worked fine and it was easy overall. It was a little confusing at first but I figured it out quickly...

I gave Nodecraft a try, it just didn’t feel worth the price for me. The server worked fine enough, but for what I was paying, I expected it to run a bit better or come with more features included. Support wasn’t bad or anything, but overall it felt like I was paying extra without really getting much extra back, if that makes sense. I’ve used cheaper options that did the job just as well

The server runs smooth most days. I kind of just assumed it would lag during busy times, but so far it’s been better than I expected.

I’ve been using Nodecraft for my server the uptime has been solid so far. There was one tiny hiccup, because of course nothing is allowed to just work forever, but it came back quickly and didn’t turn into a whole situation. It’s not flawless, but I’m not sitting around wondering if my server is offline every five minutes, which is basically the dream.

I tried using Nodecraft for my game server, it just wasn’t stable enough. We kept getting random lag spikes, disconnects, and there were times it would go down even when only a few people were playing.
The support team was nice, to be fair, but that doesn’t really help much when the server keeps crashing. I got tired of constantly restarting it and ended up switching to something else

I used Nodecraft for a little while, and for what I needed, the billing was straightforward. I didn’t run into any random charges, and the renewal details were clear enough to understand without digging too much. I did have to poke around for a minute to find one invoice, but that wasn’t a huge deal. If you’re just running a basic setup, I’d say the billing side is decent.

It took forever to get my issue resolved. I get that things can take time, but come on now, this was way slower than it should’ve been.

I still remember how frustrating it felt trying to deal with the plugin manager. Plugins would randomly break, and every time I opened the panel, I felt a little lost trying to figure out what was going wrong. It turned what should’ve been a simple task into something I kind of dreaded.

The docs didn’t help much at all. They barely explain the stuff you actually need, so I spent way too much time guessing what to do next. It also kind of felt like everything was handled carelessly, like nobody really checked whether the instructions made sense before putting them out there

I’m not totally sure if it was just bad timing or what, but I got knocked offline more often than I expected. The DDoS protection seemed like it should’ve handled it better, at least from my experience

I did like being able to switch between games, it’s a cool idea! But the settings kept messing up often, and having to fix them over and over got annoying fast
